Description

Dell House, located at The Pleasannce, is a 19th-century building designed in the Italianate style, although it has undergone some modern alterations. The house has two storeys and an attic, featuring an irregular plan. It includes sash windows, some of which have cornices and consoles. The entrance is marked by an arched porch, with two narrow windows above that have dummy arches, as well as impost mouldings, archivolts, and keyblocks. There is a band at the first floor level and an eaves cornice. Dell House is part of a group of listed buildings in Upper Ladyes Hills.
