Description
Deer Park Farmhouse is a late 18th century red brick house located off the east side of Wedgnock Lane in Leek Wootton. The building features a brick modillion eaves cornice and a hipped plain tile roof. It is square in plan, three storeys high, and consists of three bays. The central entrance has a five-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above, set within a doorcase that includes Tuscan columns supporting an entablature. Flanking the entrance are six-light mullion/transom casements in segmentally arched openings. On the first floor, there is a central four-light casement, with six-light mullion/transom casements to the left and right. The second floor features a central two-light casement, with three-light casements on either side. The house is topped with two brick chimney stacks.
