Description

This barn, located approximately 5 meters north of Rising Sun House, is likely from the 17th century, with brick walls dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features an old plain-tile roof. The barn has five bays and includes a gabled midstrey to the left of center, which has double plank doors and a queen-post roof truss at the gable. There is a late 18th-century gabled porch at the center, featuring plank doors that lead to a round-arched doorway, and a stable door to the right. Inside, the barn has a queen-post roof with wind braces. This building is included for its group value.
