Description

This is a small outbuilding from the 17th century, located 9 yards south-west of Rose Cottage, directly facing the road. It features a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. The two timber-framed gables have red brick infill panels, while the south elevation is made of sandstone ashlar and the north elevation has been rebuilt in red brick. The building is one storey with an attic and includes one flush gabled dormer that has a wooden door.
