Description

Oak Farmhouse is a red brick house from around the 18th century, which has been divided into two dwellings, with Oak Farmhouse located on the right. It stands on sandstone foundations and features a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. There is a string band between the ground and first floors. The building is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there are segmental arched openings for all windows and doors, including two 3-light and one 2-light casements with glazing bars, as well as two 4-panelled doors with plain doorcases. The first floor has three segmental arched windows, consisting of two 3-light and one 2-light casements with glazing bars. The house is topped with two brick ridge chimney stacks.
