The upper floor has sash windows in cased frames with semi-circular-headed reveals, while the lower floor has rectangular reveals. The central bay is distinguished by "gothic headed" glazing bars, along with a door and fanlight set in plain reveals. The building is topped with an old tile roof that is hipped on the left-hand end, and it includes a plinth and cornice.
