Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on West Street, Warwick. The front is built of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern. It has a low-pitched slate roof with gabled ends and a brick axial or rear lateral stack. The house is three storeys high with a basement. The front facade has a two-window arrangement. A canted bay window is on the right-hand side, featuring a 16-pane sash window. Below it, a canted bay window serves the basement. The first floor has two 12-pane sash windows with cambered brick arches above them, and the second floor has two smaller 6-pane sash windows. Steps lead from the street to the doorway on the left, which has a semi-circular fanlight with vertical glazing bars and a 20th-century glazed door. The interior has not been inspected.
