No 68, Leycester Place, dates to the 18th century, though it retains substantial elements of a 17th-century timber-frame structure, subsequently much restored. The building is constructed with a timber frame and has a pebbledash rendered exterior, covered by an old tiled roof. It is a single-storey building with attics, featuring lattice casement windows and two gabled dormers.
