Description
This building is a barn and attached pigsties located approximately 70 meters south-south-west of Meon Hall. The barn dates from the early 18th century, while the pigsties are from the early 19th century. It features a timber frame set on a stone plinth, with weatherboarding and some brick at one end, topped with a tiled roof.
The exterior of the three-bay barn includes a central threshing floor with paired doors on each side. The left side is constructed of brick with a weatherboarded gable, and it is connected to the brick pigsties, which have two yards.
Inside, the roof trusses consist of tie beams, diagonal struts, halved principal ends, and lack a ridge piece.
