Description

Fir Tree House is a mid-18th century house, part of a row, located on the Green in Warmington. The construction is of regular coursed ironstone, with a slate roof featuring moulded coped gable parapets and stone end stacks with cornices. The house has an L-plan, with a wing extending to the left rear. It is two storeys and an attic in height, with a three-window front. A central 20th-century plank door is set within a simply moulded wooden frame. The windows are predominantly three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, and a central four-pane sash window. All openings are topped with stone flat arches. A leaded two-light attic casement is present on the left return side. The rear elevation also features leaded casements. The interior remains uninspected.
