Description

Gourdon is a house that forms part of a row and dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed ironstone and features a splayed cornice. The slate roof has coped gable parapets on the right side and a brick stack at the end. The building is L-shaped, with a wing extending to the rear on the left. It has two storeys and a two-window range. The central entrance includes a 20th-century plank door with a wooden lintel. The original windows are three-light leaded casements set beneath stone flat arches, while the rear wing has 20th-century casements. The interior has not been inspected.
