Description

Cordison Hall is a house, originally dating from the 17th century, with later additions. A further extension was built in the late 19th or early 20th century. The house exhibits a mix of construction techniques, featuring square panels of timber framing with a reddish-brown stack and painted brick infill. The extension is of painted brick, with a plain-tile roof. It is a single-storey building with an attic, and has a four-window front arranged as a one-bay block flanked by three bays. The main entrance is at the rear. The ground floor has five wooden casement windows, two of which have glazing bars and wrought-iron casement fasteners. The gabled roof has four gabled dormers, two with glazing bars, the others with lead cames. The interior was not inspected.
