Description
Pool House is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with additions and rebuilding from the 18th and 19th centuries. The building is constructed of brick with a string course and features two timber-framed gables with brick infill. It has a late 20th-century tile roof and a brick lateral stack. The layout is T-shaped, with two storeys and an attic, and it has a four-window range. The entrance, located in the re-entrant angle, features a 20th-century glazed door set in a simple moulded wood surround, topped with a hood. The mid-20th-century metal casements with glazing bars are found in altered openings. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is noted to have an open fireplace. The building is included for its group value.
