Description
Beech House is an early 19th-century house located on Coventry Street in Southam. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond, featuring storey bands and a nogged brick eaves cornice. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has brick stacks at both ends. The house has a central-staircase layout and is three stories high, with a three-window range. The ground floor has 16-pane tripartite sash windows, the first floor has 12-pane sashes, and the second floor features 2-light casements. All windows are topped with rendered flat arches that include keyblocks. The entrance has a 20th-century door with an original fanlight, framed by a pilaster surround and an open pediment. Inside, there are original six-panelled doors with moulded surrounds and a stone-flagged floor in the hall.
