Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Coventry Street, Southam. The house is constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a rendered plinth and a dentilled eaves cornice. It has a slate roof with brick ridges and end stacks. The building follows an L-shaped plan.

The front facade has a symmetrical appearance, featuring a 2-storey, 4-window arrangement. The upper windows are 12-pane sashes, while the ground floor windows are 16-pane sashes. Most windows are topped with gauged brick flat arches, with the exception of the first-floor windows on the left, centre-right, and right sides, which break into the eaves cornice. A six-panelled door is set within a pilaster surround and topped with a pediment.

A rear range includes additional sashes on the ground floor and 3-light casements on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to contain features of interest.
