Description

Two headstones located approximately 5 meters north of the tower of the Church of St. Peter and St. Clare date back to the early 18th century. They are made of carved ironstone. The left headstone features a large strapwork cartouche. The double headstone on the right is dated 1710 and 1719, with a top that has continuous moulding forming segmental pediments. It includes winged heads, two segmental-arched panels, and flanking volutes, all finely carved. These headstones are included for their group value.
