Description
Dundykes is a 17th-century cottage, originally two separate homes, located on Popehill Lane in Draycote. The building features a timber frame with square framing and brick infill, which is mostly whitewashed on the front. It has a thatched roof with brick ridge stacks and a three-unit plan. The cottage is two storeys high and has an irregular front with a four-window range.
The central porch is part-timber-framed and includes a six-panelled door with a cross glazed window to the side. There is a plank door on the left side. The ground floor has a 20th-century two-light casement window on the left, a small 20th-century cross glazed window, and another two-light casement window on the right. On the first floor, there are two pairs of cross glazed two-light casement windows to the left and center. A 20th-century lean-to has been added to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
