Description
Farthings is a house dating from the 17th century. It is timber-framed with braces and has rendered infill set on a regular coursed sandstone plinth. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and features a rendered ridge stack. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a three-window range. The first bay includes a late 20th-century door and an adjoining window, while the second bay has a fire window. Throughout the house, there are late 20th-century two-light casements. Additionally, there is a rendered lean-to addition on the left return side.
