Description

Ferndale House is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Coleshill High Street. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain tile roof with brick stacks positioned behind the ridge. The house has two storeys and an attic, with a three-bay façade. The windows are 16-pane glazing bar sashes, each topped with wedge-shaped lintels that are grooved to resemble voussoirs. There are two flat-roofed attic dormers. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door flanked by Doric pilasters and topped with an open pediment that contains a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
