Description
This building is a range of offices and a service area located approximately 50 meters northwest of Blyth Hall, dating from 1704. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with some timber-framing and features a plain-tiled roof. An internal stack is present on the north pitch. The offices are situated on the north side of the yard at the rear of the hall and consist of one storey and an attic, with two gable dormers. There are segmental arches above three windows and two doors. At the west end, there is a wing from the late 17th century, where timber-framing is visible in the gable end, although the rest is red brick. This section also has a plain-tiled roof and a two-bay plan, with one storey and an attic. Raking struts extend from the tie-beams to the collars. One bay at the west end retains some laundry drying equipment and pulleys.
