Cottage, Adjoining Mill Garage, and Mill Garage

It has 20th-century casement windows. The gable end includes queen struts supporting the through purlin roof.

Adjoining the cottage to the south is the former watermill, which dates from the 18th and 19th centuries. This structure is built of coursed sandstone and red brick, with English bond and flared brick dressings, and has a blue/black plain-tile roof. The mill stands four storeys tall with a loft, and there is a mill race at the southeast end, which is currently dry. On the southwest side wall, there is a timber lucam supported by brackets. The gable end features an iron casement window with a pivot light.
