Description

Coton Villa is an 18th-century house, with later alterations. It is constructed of roughcast brick and extends over three storeys, featuring two parallel ranges. The front elevation has two sash windows with plain lintels, and a moulded wooden doorcase with a radial fanlight above a six-panelled, part-glazed door, finished with an open pediment. The building has plain eaves and a tiled roof.
