Description

Rosedene is an early 19th century cottage ornée located on Uttoxeter Road in Coton. The building is constructed of red brick and has two storeys. It features two casement windows in projecting cases, with the ground floor windows having sills supported by brackets. The eaves are boldly projecting and have 'eyebrow' sweeps above the windows. On the north side, there is a pointed arched doorway topped with a tiled 'bonnet' roof, which is adorned with 'fish-scale' tiles.
