Description
Elm Tree Farmhouse is a 17th century building with later additions, located in Church Eaton, Marston. The farmhouse features a timber frame and brick construction, with a brick front that is of a later date. It has casement windows and a two-window front. The north end displays a well-preserved exposed timber gable. The roof is tiled, and there are brick stacks. At the south end, there is a modern single-storey addition.
