Description

This milepost, located on the Shropshire Union Canal, dates from around 1835. It is made of painted cast iron and features a short post with a convex plate. The lower panel displays distances to Autherley, Nantwich, and Norbury Junction. It is situated 5.5 miles south of Norbury Junction.
