Description

Dirty Lane Bridge (Number 20) is an accommodation bridge built around 1830-1833, designed by Thomas Telford. It is constructed of brick and features a stone band and stone copings. The bridge has a single elliptical arch, a solid parapet, and a pier. On the south side, there is an oval iron number plate, and two iron rope fenders are present. Additionally, there is brick towpath coping beneath the bridge.
