Description
The coach house and stable block, built around 1830, is located approximately 50 yards north-east of Hilton Hall. It is constructed of red brick with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. The building features four ranges that form a quadrangular courtyard, which is accessed from the south. The south front is a single storey with a dentilled eaves band. A central quoined break includes a rusticated semi-circular carriage arch supported by rusticated pilaster strips. Atop this structure is a square clock turret with a festooned base and an octagonal cupola covered in lead, which has semi-circular arched openings with raised keys.
