Description
Woodberry House, along with its attached garden wall, railings, and gate, is an 18th-century building that was remodeled around 1840. It is constructed of red brick, which is now rendered and lined to resemble ashlar. The house features a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and has a U-shaped plan with a principal range and two rear wings. It is two storeys tall and has three windows that are glazing bar sashes with horns and fluted keystones. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with a rectangular overlight, topped by a small portico supported by cylindrical columns. A 19th-century cast-iron gate and railings sit atop a low brick wall, enclosing the front garden. The property is included for its group value.
