Description

Nicol House, also known as The Homage, is a building located on Brewood Road in Coven, dating back to 1679. Originally constructed as a single dwelling, it now consists of two houses. The exterior features limewashed brick and a clay tile roof with raised verges, along with a brick stack positioned to the right of the center. The building has a lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall, with a floor band and a window arrangement of 2:1:1. The windows are casements, with two retaining segmental heads. A central gabled porch is present, and there is a lower 20th-century extension to the north, which includes a gabled, storeyed porch.
