The structure consists of two octagonal single-cell cottages on the east and west sides, which are connected by a sweeping range of the poultry house in the center. Each cottage is single-storey and features a Tudor-arch door and pointed windows with Gothic glazing bars. The central poultry house range has six round-headed doorways and four segmental-arched casements. Teddesley Home Farmhouse is not included in this listing.
