Description
The Coach House is a late 18th-century coach house, later converted into a house around 1985. It is constructed of red brick with stucco dressings, and has slate roofs. Brick and ashlar coped gables and a single ridge stack are also present. The building is two stories and sixteen bays wide, with a central projecting wing featuring two sash windows with rusticated stucco lintels, and two semi-circular windows with stucco surrounds above. A metal clock face is set in the gable above. To the left is a six-bay wing with six segment-headed carriage openings, each with a stucco keystone; three are now glazed, one contains a doorway, and the final two are garage doors. Another projecting wing is situated to the left of this, and features two sash windows with rusticated stucco lintels and two semi-circular windows with stucco surrounds. To the right of the main body of the building is a six-bay wing with a main door featuring a stucco bracketed hood and fanlight, followed by two sash windows, a small casement window, a door with overlight, and another casement window. All of these openings have rusticated stucco lintels. Above, two small sash windows are visible.
