Parsonage, now house. Circa 1700, extensively remodelled probably in 1767. Brown brick (English garden wall bond) of circa 1700, and red brick (Flemish bond) of 1767 with ashlar dressings; hipped plain tile roof; brick ridge stacks with panelled shafts. Front range aligned north-south facing west and two rear wings aligned east-west.

West front. Refaced 1767. Three storeys, reduced proportions to second floor; stone plinth, moulded eaves cornice, and bracketed pediment over central bay. Three windows; two-storey, four-light canted bays with hipped roofs to left and right; glazing bar sashes with raised architraves and bracketed sills; first floor windows have a sill band and impost band, both central windows have rounded heads and Gothick glazing bars, that to second floor breaks through the eaves cornice into the pediment. Central pilastered and pedimented door with fanlight. Both east and west fronts have a first floor band and casements with segmental heads. Tall stair window to the rear with small leaded window panes. Datestone in north gable inscribed "1767".

Interior. Mid to late C18 open well staircase with turned balusters, ramped and wreathed handrail and open string with carved tread ends. Early C19 fireplace in the entrance hall with reeded surround; late C18 cast-iron fireplace. The Old Rectory has close stylistic affinities with The Red House (q.v.) Trysull and Seisdon C.P.
