Description

Bowhill House and Farmhouse is a mid-18th century building that serves as two houses and a shop. It features red and blue brick construction with a plain tile roof and a brick off-ridge stack. The structure stands three storeys high and includes floor bands. The front has six windows, with twelve-pane glazing bar sashes on the upper floors and a pair of tripartite sashes on the ground floor. The four bays on the right are marked by a pair of pilaster strips. There is a door to the left of the center, which is flanked by engaged Doric columns and topped with an open pediment.
