Description
The Williams memorial, located approximately 25 meters south-west of the Church of St Mary and All Saints, is a chest tomb dating from around 1835. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features a rectangular plan. The tomb has a moulded plinth and capping, along with panelled corner pilasters. On the south side, there is a moulded inscription panel that commemorates Richard Williams, who died in 1834, and the top ledger honors his wife, Mary, who died in 1844. There is another inscription panel on the north side, but it was illegible at the time of the re-survey in 1984.
