Description

Streethay House Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse with later alterations and additions. The building is constructed of roughcast brick with a hipped plain tile roof. It has an irregular plan, with the main house aligned northeast/southwest and facing southeast, a service wing extending southwest on the same alignment, and further extensions to the northwest. The main house is two storeys high and has a moulded eaves band, presenting a 1:3 bay facade. The right-hand side of the main house features glazing bar sashes and a central half-glazed door within a Tuscan porch. The lower service wing to the left includes a canted bay window on the ground floor with 4-pane sashes, and 6-pane sashes to the first floor.
