Description

The Mill House is a mill house built in the early 19th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century and the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof with end stacks. The building has three storeys and a three-window front. The windows are 20th-century casements designed to imitate glazing bar sashes, reduced to a configuration of 16:12:6 panes on the upper storeys, and have painted wedged heads. The central entrance is framed by a moulded surround with a cornice and has double part-glazed doors. To the left, there is an attached single Gothick bay that is rendered.
