Description

Nos 23 and 25 on Balance Street are late 18th century buildings that stand three storeys tall, featuring four sash windows on No 25 and two sash windows on No 23. No 25 has a moulded eaves cornice and a semi-circular headed passage opening, while No 23 has a doorway with a plain wood surround. These buildings form a group with the Roman Catholic Church and Priest's House, as well as Nos 29 to 41 (odd).
