Description

A substantial 18th-century detached house stands on the west side of Bond End in Yoxall. The house is constructed of brick with a tiled roof, and features coped gabled ends with brick stacks. It is three-storeyed and five bays wide, with sash windows topped by lintels of rubbed brick. A prominent central stone doorcase has a pediment, which encloses a small carved escutcheon, and it gives access to a panelled door.

The interior includes a good turned baluster staircase. A room to the left of the entrance has moulded plaster cornice, and there is some original dado panelling present.
