Description

Yew Tree Lodge is a detached cottage dating from the mid-19th century, which incorporates part of a 17th-century timber-framed structure, likely originally a farm building. The cottage is built of red brick and features a tiled roof with brick stacks. It stands two storeys high, with twin gables on the upper level. The front has two windows fitted with casement windows. At the center, there is a wooden doorcase beneath a cornice hood supported by wooden brackets. Inside, the cottage showcases exposed ceiling beams and timber-framing on the south side wall.
