Description

Auburn House is a 18th-century building located on the west side of Olney High Street. It is constructed of stone with an old tiled roof and features brick stacks. The house has coped gables and two flat-topped dormers. It stands two storeys high and has a central four-panelled door, which is framed by a wooden doorcase that includes pilasters, a dentilled cornice, and a flat hood. The building has sash windows that are four panes wide, with wooden lintels on either side. There are two similar windows above the door and a three-pane sash window located centrally above the door.
