Description
This building is a coach house and stables, part of which is now used as a house, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a hipped clay tile roof and stands two storeys high. The facade features a layout of three bays, one bay, and three bays, with a central gabled break that includes a segmental coach arch and a lunette above it, as well as a clock on the banded gable. The coach house is topped with a cupola and has a moulded eaves cornice. The windows are segmental headed with raised keys; the ones to the right of the coach arch are glazing bar casements, while the first-floor windows on the left side are 20th-century top-opening windows. There is also a 20th-century straight-headed window on the ground floor to the left and a 20th-century glazed door in the centre of the left side. A segmental headed doorway with a raised key is located in the centre of the right side, and there is a flight of steps to the right leading to a door on the first floor.
Inside, the left side retains two stalls flanked by two looseboxes made of cast iron and wood, along with three hay racks and a king post roof.
