Description
All Saints Church of England Primary School is a school built between 1860 and 1862 by the architect G.E. Street. It features coursed and squared stone with ashlar dressings and a clay tile roof, along with coursed and squared stone ridge stacks. The building has a T-shaped plan and is designed in the Gothic style.
The main range, which is a single storey, is located to the right and has a projecting porch with a segmental arch door and a single light window. To the left, there are three 3-light windows with trefoiled heads, separated by buttresses. The projecting wing to the left has a 3-light chamfer mullioned window on the ground floor right, a 3-light trefoiled headed window on the first floor right, and a mezzanine level cross window to the left. This school is part of a group of buildings in Denstone that were designed by Street around 1860.
