This is a hand pump located approximately 10 meters east of the Almshouses, likely dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is made of cast iron and timber boarding, standing about 1.5 meters high. The pump is enclosed in a square timber box that is wider at the top, with a cast iron handle extending to the north.
