It features a pebbledash exterior and a plain tile roof, along with a pebbledash ridge stack and integral end stacks. The building has two storeys and is composed of three bays, with the left-hand bay being slightly lower. The windows are casements with false shutters, and there is a six-panelled door located to the left of the centre of the main part of the building.
