Description

These are two cottages, numbered 16 and 18 Horse Fair, probably dating from the early 16th century. They are timber-framed with painted brick, and are single-storey structures with an attic. The front has three 19th-century casement windows, with small gabled protrusions above the eaves. There are two simple, moulded wooden doorcases. Modern tiles are present. A left-hand wing is a modern brick structure designed to imitate timber-frame construction.
