Description

The Former George and Dragon Inn is an early 19th-century building located on Madeley Road in Ironbridge. It is constructed of engraved cement and features two storeys with two sash windows that have keyblocks and channelled lintels. The entrance is framed by a wood pilaster doorcase topped with a small weather-hood, leading to a part-glazed door. The building has brick dog-tooth eaves and a tiled roof with gabled ends and stacks. There is also a later single-storey wing on the right side of the building.
