Description

This is a circa 16th century timber-framed hall house, significantly restored over time. The exterior has rendered infill panels and a brick plinth. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with machine tiles, with gabled ends. A bay was added to the south end in the 19th century. The house is one storey with an attic. It has a three-window front with modern two- and three-light casement windows, and two 19th-century gabled dormers. A brick ridge stack is present. A modern, single-storey, rendered extension has been added to the north end. Inside, there are two doorways with distinctive gee-shaped heads, originally service doorways.
