Description

Nos 35, 36, and 37 on Wellington Road are a range of modest cottages built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from russet brick and stand two storeys tall. Nos 35 and 36 feature modern wood casement windows, while No 35 has a small gabled bay on the left side with a modern brick porch. The doorways are plain, with No 37 having a ledged door and a wood rustic porch. The first storey has two sash windows beneath a gable, and the cottages have modillion eaves and an old tile roof.
