Description

31 Wellington Road is an early 19th-century building, with its core likely dating back even earlier. It is constructed of red brick and features two storeys. The façade includes two sash windows that are topped with cast-iron lintels. The entrance is framed by a wooden pilaster doorcase with an open pediment. Additional architectural details include modillion eaves, coped gabled ends, and brick stacks that are fitted with cast-iron chimney pots. The building is topped with a tiled roof.
