Description

Number 26 is an early 19th-century brick house with garden gates and piers. The house is constructed of russet brick and is two storeys high. It has three sash windows, each with keyblocks and chancelled lintels. The front door is set within a moulded wooden doorcase featuring fluted pilasters, panelled reveals, an open pediment, and a radial fanlight. A pair of cast-iron garden gates stand before the door, flanked by cemented square piers topped with cast-iron cornice caps and ball finials.
